3/1/2018 -Often times, in order to grow as a person, you have to humble yourself. As a football coach, I always tell my players that you learn more from your losses than you do your wins. When I started the challenge 10 days ago I weighed 280 lbs. In 10 days I have lost 11 pounds and am starting to feel better and look better. Mentally, I'm in a great place. I have completely organized my life to be more productive and making positive strides with some of these smaller physical improvements with regard to weight loss. I am definitely happier and more mentally sharp than I was 10 days ago. I've replaced my morning coffee with Spark and it provides a lasting, calm energy boost throughout the day. The fog has lifted and things have become more clear. 10 days into the program, I feel much better! Can't wait to see the progress from day 11 to day 24.
So, what is involved with the 10 Day Cleanse?
- In the Herbal Cleanse box there is 2 small bottles. One of them is Herbal Cleanse and the other is a ProBiotic. Take 2 Probiotic pills in the morning before breakfast with 2 of the OmegaPlex pills.
- In the morning, instead of having coffee, mix 1 serving of the Spark Energy Powder with 1 serving (pouch) of the fiber packets that are provided below.
- In the afternoon, feel free to have another Spark Energy Packet if needed.
- Before Bed, have 2 Herbal Cleanse pills and 2 OmegaPlex pills.
- If you want to have some protein powder after your workouts, feel free. This isn't a starve yourself kind of diet. I had a couple drinks on the weekend but didn't get carried away. In the morning for breakfast, I had 1 piece of toast instead of 2. The main point is I wanted to cut my carb intake by 50% over the first 10 days.
