A few words of wisdom before we get started; IT IS YOUR TRUE TALENT, AND YOUR LEVEL OF INITIATIVE, INTEGRITY, AND HONESTY THAT WILL LAND YOU THE JOB!!!

As your recruiter I am here to help, but your level of dedication and persistence is what will inevitably carry you throughout your career. Be yourself and always be honest. The companies want to hire the same person who they are interviewing. Not someone who interviews well, says all the right things, and then turns out to be a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”. This is the BEST advice I can pass along to you. Yes you will find some help in this e-book to better yourself, and you should find some good direction too, but only the person who can back up what they say will land the job. I do not want to take an average candidate and make them a temporarily great candidate. We want people who are ready to work hard, who are not afraid of challenges, and who have a great attitude. If you put your mind to it you can do anything. Attitude dictates altitude. Cheesy but true! So always be yourself!

There is a perception out there that the medical sales profession is easy and flexible-THIS IS NOT TRUE! And if those are the reasons you are looking to get into medical sales I would tell you to choose another profession. You will be working 50-60+ hour weeks and dealing with a clientele that is one of the most difficult in the world; BUSINESS OWNERS, EXECUTIVES, DOCTORS AND GATEKEEPERS!! So if you are ready to rock, please thoroughly go through this e-book, and it should lend you a few positive notes on what to expect and what is needed. For the long term though! You might find some redundancy, and you might think you know it all, but please know I am here to help. Not to make you a phony, but to push you to be the best you can be.
